Shipping Method:  All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. The chosen shipping method for those items (including those items eligible for a free shipping promotion will be based upon the sole discretion of  Pain Care Outlet, which can be different in certain scenarios.

Shipping Time:  Please allow 1-2 business days for new orders to be processed and shipped. Most orders received before 1:00 PM (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship on the same day (provided all items ordered are in stock). Orders received after 1:00 PM (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day. In rare cases, orders can take up to 48-72 business hours to ship. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or National US Holidays. Any orders received over the weekend or on a National US Holiday will be shipped promptly the next business day. Shipping exceptions include back-ordered products, which will ship as soon as the item(s) becomes available.

Delivery Time: We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please always consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by USPS, UPS, or other parties only as an estimate. In the case that a shipping courier experiences weather delays, the assigned tracking number will provide updates and all other applicable information regarding the delivery. Pain Care Outlet is not responsible for late deliveries due to weather delays, natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances. To ensure timely delivery, we encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid shipping delays or changes in product availability. The Pain Care Outlet team will always do our absolute best to ship your order accurately and quickly to ensure complete satisfaction.

Holiday Shipping: For processing, shipping and deliveries before, during, and after a National US Holiday, please allow an extra 2-3 business days.

Non Receipt: In the rare instance that a package is not delivered or delivered to the wrong location, please contact The Pain Care Outlet Team within 14 days of the date you placed your order, so that we may file a claim with the appropriate courier and follow up with you, in a timely manner.

Free Shipping Policy: Free Standard Shipping over $99.00 applies only to all orders shipping to the contiguous United States only, not Hawaii or Alaska. We currently do not ship to CA. We currently do not provide international shipping options including Puerto Rico or Canada.

Cancellations or Modification Requests:  Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change or cancel the order. To minimize this risk, please always order carefully and make sure to review your order (including your shipping address) and ensure it is correct before the final payment is complete. For any returns, please follow the below return policy.

Return Policy for TENS, Pain Care Devices & Home Traction Units:  In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, we have a simple and easy return policy. First, please e-mail us at  prior to returning any items so that we can issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, and manuals.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days from when the package is delivered.

    1. Products must be in new, resellable, unmarked condition and in original and unopened packaging (Items that arrive to the customer in bags or shrink wrap cannot be ripped or torn open or will be considered opened).
    2. No returns will be allowed past 14 days from when the package is delivered. Merchandise must be returned  within 10 business days of requesting a return.
    3. The original packing list, invoice, or RA number must accompany the return
    4. Refunds will be for merchandise value only.

Please allow three to four weeks for return processing. For product returns or exchanges the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs. No call tag or pickup slips will be issued. It is your responsibility to return the merchandise to Pain Care Outlet.

Return for Credit: Receive a 100% credit of the total sale price of the item. If any accessory items are missing or have been used upon the return for credit, you will be charged a fee for the retail prices of the missing or un-resellable products. For hygiene purposes, used electrodes or can not be returned. There is a $5 fee for the replacement of used electrodes and each missing accessory on all returns for credit or exchange when electrodes or accessories were used from a TENS unit kit and not bought as a separate accessory. If the electrodes were bought separately, the original fee of the retail pricing for those products will apply.

There may also be a 25% restocking fee of the total sale of purchase when the order is over $50.00. This is to cover extra handling and credit card charges occurred by our company. Orders cannot be returned or refunded if missing the main TENS or pain care unit from a kit.

Product Returns on Any CBD or Hemp Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this product doesn’t meet your expectations and you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days after you receive the product.  Within this period, you may only return 1 product per customer. If you purchase more than 1 product, you will only be eligible for a refund of 1 of those products.  The 30-day period starts when the package is delivered by your carrier.
