*Before you begin Read the full Instruction Booklet provided with the unit and keep it for reference.
+ Make sure the unit is turned OFF before connecting or removing any electrodes or lead wires.
+ Clean and dry skin where electrodes will be placed (no lotions/oils).
Apply Electrodes
+ Use 2 or 4 self-adhesive electrodes around the area you want to target (do not place over broken/irritated skin).
+ Press edges firmly so pads are fully adhered. Connect lead wires securely to the device and electrodes.
Set up the session
+ Turn the unit ON. Select the recommended program/mode from your booklet or guidance.
+ Adjust intensity slowly from the lowest level upward until comfortable.
+ Set the recommended duration for your program (typical sessions are time-limited by the device).
During use
+ You should feel a gentle, comfortable stimulation. If tingling is sharp or uncomfortable, reduce intensity or stop the session and re-check pad placement and adhesion.
+ Stay seated or standing still; do not use while driving, bathing, or sleeping.
After the session
+ Turn the unit OFF before removing electrodes.
+ Place pads back on their liner and store device and accessories in a cool, dry place.
