We make every effort to process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders will be shipped, pending credit card verification, as fast as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Free standard shipping via USPS (3-8 business days, depending on location).

At this time, we do not ship outside the US, but we are always hoping to expand soon.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery (please also check your bulk or spam folders). 

Also, please review carefully your shipping address at checkout to prevent any errors or delays. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@paincareoutlet.com with your order details. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Address updates may be subject to additional charges.
Delivery Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, Pain Care Outlet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by local delivery issues, USPS processing, carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters or any circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours. Before reaching out, check your surroundings, mailroom, front desk or with anyone who might have accepted it on your behalf. Pain Care Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@paincareoutlet.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee address changes and cancellations once an order has been processed. Any address modification may be subject to additional charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel single items within an order. If your entire order is cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation, and a full refund will be issued.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier-confirmed delivery) for products that are:
  • unopened and unused
  • in original packaging
  • in original, resalable condition

Returns are accepted only for purchases made on www.paincareoutlet.com. If you purchased from a retail partner or another website, please contact the original seller for assistance.

To request a return, email hello@paincareoutlet.com
 with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat $10 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

Please note:
Refunds are not issued for replacement orders or items re-sent as a goodwill gesture.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for complimentary samples, promotional gifts, or trial-size products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or in cases of suspected abuse.

Warranty
Select products sold on www.paincareoutlet.com include a limited 1-year warranty, as stated on the applicable product page. Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying products and is subject to the supplier's terms, conditions, and exclusions.

The warranty does not cover:
  • normal wear and tear
  • misuse, abuse, or improper storage
  • accidental damage 
  • intentional tampering
  • unauthorized modification or repair
  • damage caused by use inconsistent with product instructions

 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable. 

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the next step based on the supplier's warranty process. Warranty remedies are limited to those offered under the applicable supplier's warranty.
Damaged Product & Wrong Order
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product—this is certainly not the experience we want you to have with Pain Care Outlet.

To ensure a prompt resolution, please report any damages or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. 

Please email us at hello@paincareoutlet.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) or incorrect product received. Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
