Compatibility
Bonding Gel Technology
Our proprietary gel formula is designed for secure, lasting skin contact. It resists premature drying between uses, so you get consistent adhesion instead of a pad that gives out early.
Flexible Carbon-Cloth Backing
Unlike stiff standard backing, carbon-cloth flexes and moves with your body. It conforms through everyday motion — reaching, bending, walking — instead of cracking or lifting at the edges.
Self-Adhering Surface
No tape, wraps, or extra steps. Peel, place, and go — the pad holds on its own from the first application.
Reusable Construction
Built to be used more than once. With proper skin prep and correct storage between sessions, each pad is designed to hold up over repeated applications.
Dual-Channel Compatible
Works with most standard TENS unit connectors.
FSA/HSA Eligible
Likely qualifies as a TENS accessory purchase (individual policies vary) — use pre-tax dollars toward your order.
1. Prep the skin. Clean the area with soap and water, then dry completely before applying. Skin oils and lotion residue are the main cause of reduced adhesion.
2. Apply and smooth. Press the pad firmly from center to edges to activate full gel contact.
3. Remove gently. Peel slowly, starting from one edge, to protect both your skin and the pad.
4. Store correctly. Return pads to their protective liner or storage bag after each use, in a cool, dry place, to help the gel stay hydrated longer.
* Turn the unit OFF before applying or removing any electrodes or lead wires.
Compatible with most dual-channel TENS units using pin connectors. Available in multiple size and discounted deluxe bundles.

What makes our carbon-cloth backing different from standard electrode backing?
Are electrodes FSA/HSA eligible??
With proper skin prep, correct storage, and gentle removal, reusable TENS electrodes pads typically last multiple applications before needing replacement. Actual lifespan depends on skin type, frequency of use, and storage habits.
The most common causes are skin oils or lotion left on the skin before application, and gel that has dried out from improper storage. Cleaning and fully drying the skin before use, and returning pads to their liner after each session, helps maintain adhesion longer.
Yes, all our electrode pads are pre-gelled & designed to be self-adhering and reusable with proper skin prep and storage between uses.
Carbon-cloth backing is flexible and conforms to the body's movement, which can support a more secure, consistent hold compared to stiffer backing materials.
