THE HYDROGEL ADVANTAGE
Secure, Comfortable Adhesion
THE CARBON-WEAVE ADVANTAGE
Formulated with an ultra-conductive, proprietary HydroGel layer, our pads form a seamless, air-free seal against your skin — designed for a smooth, even feel with no tugging or leftover sticky residue, delivering consistent, sting-free pulse delivery. Unlike other less expensive electrodes that dry out or pull at delicate skin, this rehydratable gel is designed to hold its tack across repeated use with proper care and storage.
THE CARBON-WEAVE ADVANTAGE
Why Material Design Matters
Engineered with a flexible, high-density cloth backing, our pads are built for smooth, even contact across the target area. Unlike cheap foam or rigid plastic backings, this flexible material contours to your body's natural shape — helping prevent edges from lifting or curling during movement.

Most Frequently Asked
Yes. Our replacement electrodes feature standard 2mm pig-tail pin connectors, making them universally compatible with 99% of TENS, EMS, and IF units on the market (including EMPI, Chattanooga and most prescription or over-the-counter devices).
2" x 2" Square Pads: Ideal for small or targeted pain areas like knees, elbows, ankles, wrists, and neck.
2" x 3.5" Rectangular Pads: Best for larger muscle groups and broad pain zones like the lower back, upper back, shoulders, and thighs.
With proper skin preparation and storage, each electrode pad is engineered for approximately 25 to 30 uses.
If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend a patch test on a small area before first use.
It is time for a fresh set of electrodes when: 1) the pad no longer adheres firmly to your skin 2) you feel a uneven, biting, or stinging sensation instead of a smooth, comfortable pulse when using your unit 3) the hydrogel layer appears dirty, cloudy, or dry.
If a pad loses its stickiness due to surface dust or dry air, place one single drop of clean water onto the gel surface, gently rub it around with your fingertip, and let it sit for 2 minutes to absorb before re-applying to the plastic liner. Never submerge electrodes in water.
For consistent daily or weekly pain therapy, we recommend replacing your electrodes every 30 to 60 days to maintain optimal pulse conductivity and hygienic skin contact.
