Directions
Prep skin
Clean and dry the area where you’ll apply electrodes. Avoid lotions or oils.

Open & save packaging
Open the resealable pouch and keep it for storing electrodes after use.

Remove sleeve
Take the electrode storage sleeve out of the poly bag.

Peel carefully
Gently peel electrodes off the sleeve. Keep the sleeve for storage.

Power safety
Turn the unit OFF before applying or removing any electrodes or lead wires.

Place electrodes
Apply 2 or 4 self-adhesive electrodes around the target area on clean, dry skin. Press edges so pads fully adhere. Use only as directed in your Instruction Booklet.

After use & storage
Turn unit OFF, peel pads away slowly, place them back on the saved sleeve, and reseal the pouch to help prevent the gel from drying out.

When to replace
Replace electrodes when they no longer stick well, the edges lift, or the gel dries out. Many users replace pads about every 20–25 uses, depending on skin prep and care.
Removal & Storage
+ Power safety: Turn the unit OFF before removing any electrodes.

+ Disconnect leads: Unplug each lead wire from all electrodes.

+ Peel correctly: Lift the edge of each electrode gently to remove—do not pull by the wire.

+ Store on sleeve: Place each electrode back onto the plastic storage sleeve.

+ Seal package: Insert the sleeve into the resealable poly bag and close it.

+ Storage conditions: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
